1. Are Earthen Escapes' products chemical free?

Yes, they are! We use natural, quality-driven ingredients that deliver optimum results. Our product are free of dyes, artificial coloring, artificial fragrances.

2. How long does it take to receive my products?

Orders are processed within 4 business (Monday through Friday) days as products are handcrafted and made in small batches.  So, if you order a product on Saturday or Sunday, processing time does not begin until Monday. Shipping takes 2 to 5 business days via USPS Mail. You will receive an email with a tracking number. Be sure to check your junk, spam or promotions folders. 

During sales and promotions, please allow for 7 business days of processing time as our volume is high and all products are freshly handcrafted.

For international shipping, please allow 4 business days (Monday - Friday) of processing time. Generally, you should receive your order between 25 and 30 business days after it has been shipped. Shipping times have been increased due to the effects of COVID-19 including a shortage of postal employees.

3. Does Earthen Escapes ship internationally?

Yes we do. Please be aware that your country may impose an additional duty or customs tax on your items once imported.

4. How long does it take to see results?

Results may vary depending on consistency of your skincare routine and severity of skin conditions. Introducing new products into your skincare routine may cause your skin to purge. Purging happens when the skin detoxes and the impurities are brought to the surface.

5. How do I use the Green Tea Dark Spot Corrector?

We recommend that you use the Green Tea Dark Spot Corrector before you apply your moisturizer twice per day. Apply sparingly to the desired area and massage into your skin. This product can be used on any part of the body externally.

6. How do I use the Green Tea Facial Soap?

Apply water to the skin and rub the soap directly onto your face or in your hands to create a mild lather. Rinse your face with water and apply your toner. Preserve the soap with an elevated soap saver that drains the water from the bottom.

8.  What if my order states that it has been delivered and you have not received it, please try the following:

Refer to your tracking number and it will state if the package was delivered to a mailbox, receptionist or office. Also, check to see if has been delivered to a neighbor. After these options have been attempted, contact the United States Postal Service in order to inquire about the delivery of your package. You may need to file a lost package claim.

9. What if I incorrectly entered my address and my package was returned to sender?

We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. If your order is still processing, please email us the correct address and it will be modified. If you place an order and it has already been shipped, we will not be able to intercept it. Your order will be shipped back to us and you will be responsible for reshipping costs. Please make sure the address is correct before placing your order.
